My Journey

With a background in business, accounting, and most recently project management, I’ve become passionate about finding ways to maximize income streams while maintaining a balanced life. Hustle & Sense was born out of my own experiences and the experiences of those around me.  I’ve gone through and witnessed some scary times in the last few years, as we all have, and my desire is to keep myself and others from having to go through those hard times ever again.

Why Hustle & Sense?

I started this blog because I believe in the power of smart, sustainable side hustles. In a world where everyone is looking for the next big thing, I’m here to remind you that sometimes, the most profitable ventures are the ones rooted in common sense and practical execution.  I also have a firm belief that there is room for everyone to succeed, and the best way to do that is to develop a strong community where we lift each other up and celebrate each win, no matter how small.

My content is designed to help you grow your side gig without burning out, from business planning and productivity hacks to balancing work and life.  My perspective isn’t from high up on the mountain, having already achieved great success.  I am starting down in the trenches with all of you, hoping to build success and forge a path for others to follow. I’ll also be trying different side hustles, documenting not only my successes, but also my failures in an attempt to identify what approaches work best.
